1. Nature of the service

SignalForge publishes non-personalised trading signals and educational content. The service does not constitute personal financial advice, investment management, or brokerage. Signals are the same for all subscribers within a tier and do not consider any individual's circumstances, objectives, or tolerance for risk.

2. Risk of loss

Trading Forex, Gold, and contracts for difference involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. In the European Economic Area, 74–89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs.

3. No fiduciary relationship

No client relationship is created by your use of the service. We do not custody funds, do not execute trades on your behalf, and accept no liability for losses arising from your decision to follow a signal.

4. Geographic restrictions

Live signals are not offered to U.S. residents. Users located in the United States are routed to education-only mode.

5. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current paid period, after which the account reverts to Free.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes require explicit re-acceptance on the next login.
