14-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@kilwa.archivesy.com from your registered email address with the subject "Refund". Processing takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After 14 days

Refunds are not available after the initial 14-day period except where required by local law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off for distance contracts — already the basis of this policy). You can cancel renewals any time to avoid future charges.

Pro-rata and partial refunds

Annual plans are not pro-rated after the 14-day window. Monthly plans do not receive a pro-rata refund for the partial month at cancellation.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. We prefer to resolve issues directly — most are fixed within one day.

The free tier is free. There is nothing to refund.
